The features of the face can be youthfully restored when their natural definition and contouring has been rediscovered.
The skin loses volume as we get older and the ageing process shows its effects. This happens as collagen and elastin is lost, and the skin becomes loose and vulnerable to developing a variety of conditions.
The result of ageing skin can often leave a person feeling dissatisfied with their appearance, feeling they look tired and worn.
An immediate lifting and firming effect can be achieved upon application of the injection, thanks to the calcium-based ingredients that are contained within the treatment’s smooth gel.
Volume is also encouraged when the production of collagen is encouraged within the skin, to ensure the effects continue to develop. Collagen will also help the features to regain their natural tightness and firming properties, elements that are required for an appearance that is both youthful and radiant.
As well as a successful filler for use on the facial features, Radiesse is one of the only products that can also be used to add volume to wrinkles on the hands. The hands are one feature that can give away a person’s age, so by restoring their youthful look, the affected person can appear naturally younger.

IS RADIESSE SAFE?
Radiesse has FDA approval and is considered to be a very safe treatment. It is always important to ensure that these procedures are performed in a clinic, where the practitioners are appropriately trained and experienced
IS RADIESSE PAINFUL?
A treatment of this nature will usually incur some form of discomfort for the patient. This can be alleviated through the use of a numbing cream, applied before the procedure begins.
ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OR RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RADIESSE?
This treatment may involve some very slight swelling or bruising at the site of injection.This will ease within a few hours and any bruising should disappear after a few days. Make-up can be used to conceal any marks and any other effects will be explained during initial consultation.
WHAT DOWNTIME CAN I EXPECT FROM RADIESSE?
A few days may be required for the bruising to subside, but this should not cause any interference with your ability to carry out your usual daily tasks.

I went to see Dr McMillan for the first time about a year ago so she could revise some badly done under eye filler NOT DONE BY DR MCMILLAN, and she’s done the most fantastic job i had terrible anxiety from the previous injector and was very nervous, I did so much research but decided to go ahead with Dr McMillan as she was so reassuring and honest with it all

Ambra Aesthetics are the place to go to for professional, friendly service. You don’t need to go to Harley Street. Dr M and her team are all experts and really take care of you giving the best treatments and advice. Sam on the front desk is a dream. In lots of places the staff can look scary from doing too much but Ambra you can tell it’s all about discrete subtle tweakments. . Don’t hesitate to go!
